Dear Parents
Please be aware that students will not spend so much time in class playing the recorder since there is a very good application for iPads called Recorder/Joytunes. This will enable your child to progress at his/her own speed. However, I will carry out regular assessments to ensure progress is being made so it will be necessary for them to bring the instrument to school for each lesson.
A second useful application is called MyFirstOrchestra that enables your child to explore the inner workings of an orchestra.
